Great album by Pete. His best solo work IMO. Another favorite Who solo of mine is John Entwistle: Smash Your Head Against The Wall.

Saw them a few years ago in DC and like a crazy goon followed PT's limo to the hotel. There were a few people waiting around with albums to sign, etc., but he basically ignored them. As he approached the door of the hotel I yelled out, "WE LOVE YOU, PETE!"

His response, dripping with that Shepherd's Bush accent:

    "I know."

    :)

Too early to give an informed opinion. I like it so far, it stays in the front pretty much, but I'm OK with that. I do feel like the mix does a good job of placing the band members on a stage, and I can get some decent positioning cues. I haven't compared it to the high-rez stereo mix yet though.

I think you will enjoy the 5.1 better once you get used to it, IMO its very suttle.
    Welcome back Rick.

Just recently 'discovered' Phish. VERY limited sample, but I don't seem to like the studio stuff very much. Live stuff is pretty good.
