Cool box set, Rick! I have a few more than half of those in '60's through '80's vinyl. Most were played once or twice then recorded onto cassette so I could hear them on the road (I traveled extensively for work from '67 to '83).
I love vinyl. I don't think you can beat the dynamics of it. But, I quit purchasing a few years ago when it became obvious none of my children shared the same love. Understandable, since they've had other media availability their entire lives. Although I have an excellent table in my "downstairs" rig, my vinyl collection lives upstairs in my home and my health is not such that I can easily negotiate the stairs any longer. I make do with Tidal mostly. I never was, or pretended to be, a "golden ear", so I'm probably not missing too many nuances with my ageing ears.
I have a 1980 Hendrix box set (Polydor – 2625 038) purchased new that year that you'd enjoy for sure. Take care! -
Man after my own heart. That Tele is my weapon of choice as well.

I saw Steve playing with Billy Idol at the House of Blues Chicago in the early 2000's. He played Third Stone From The Sun from Are You Experienced, it was awesome. That guy can certainly wield an axe. -

Good morning! Here’s one from Bob Dylan

Local favorite's latest, recorded at Tab Benoit’s Whiskey Bayou studios (with Tab on drums)...

I could listen to these two all day. The gold standard for a slow blues groove. Another in regular rotation here.

Purchased new in '73, this is arguably one of the finest blues recordings of the modern era. Guest spots from John Mayall, John Hammond, Jr., Arlo Guthrie and Don "Sugarcane" Harris.

I've got that one upstairs, Don. Bought sometime in the '70's.
