LOL. WTF are you talking about? Your answers are in the post. For example, the last post shows Incantation playing song Messiah Nostrum.

I still see no point in this thread. It's not like people are posting comments/reviews of the music or the quality of a particular recording nor are there soundtrack links. The whole thing comes across as "look at me" I can post pics of album covers. Pffffft

This will suffice, no? It's not Vanilla, it's extra BS we do not need to see post after post after post after post after post.

    The rest is fluff.

Jesse, many of us discover new music this way (on this thread). While it may be better to discuss each album on it's own merits?

This is what we have. Over 2M views and the single most popular thread on pretty much any forum today.

Fixed and that's sad, IMO. At least on other forums they discuss the music and sound quality of different masterings, etc.

I agree, Tom. I don't understand what the point is of taking up the entire screen with this:

    qbmbtadyqlau.png

This isn't relevant and it just results in more unnecessary scrolling.

So, after thinking about this, I agree maybe there was too much information. Personally, I prefer more versus less, although where you draw the line can be debatable. Anyway, I edited the screen shot to only show who’s playing.

Yes, sometimes even the direct approach will not work. At least you tried.

For me, I like to look at the art of the album covers, and discover new music.

That used to be the case with me as well.....right up until I got a music server with Tidal. I'll peruse this thread looking for something new to listen too while I work and if something strikes my fancy, I'll order the album on the best format I can get if I really like it.

I find that it saves me a lot of money, even though it costs me a lot of money. I no longer buy albums that are recommended but contain musical selections you would have to pay me to listen too. At the same time, my world of musical discovery has exploded exponentially because of looking at some of what others are listening too, and hearing similar types of music based upon that selection.

When I see something I don't have, I can now instantaneously play it on the computer or stream it to the main rig if I really like what I hear on the computer. This thread has cost me plenty of money....even if most of it is just pic's.

Shoot, without Tidal, I would have never heard or bought Yosi Horikawa's Vapor CD. But, Jerry told me to check it out because he ran across it on Tidal checking out another album along the same genre of music. I put it up on the main rig and within 10 minutes, I was online ordering the album.

Ron, your a damned trip man.

I have been listening to London Grammar ever since I made the last post in this thread and I don't know who this lady is or where she came from but she's got one heck of a voice. Check out "Who am I".

Time to go and blow more money. Found out her name is Hanna Reid....she's quite the looker too.
