    Merry Christmas to all!

Following heavy Metal with this is kinda wrong but...wth. :)

I thought Madonna sang a version of Ava Maria but I couldn't find it on the web. But I did find what I think my memory said was a fine sounding voice on this song instead. This is what I now remember being special.
Years ago It triggered the HDCD light on my player when it came on. It was so NICE. I couldn't believe the clarity!

    Bud, TMI...

Quit being lazy and show us the album cover or what song you are listening too.

Look at your post and the one above. One has the album cover and 4 words.

Your post is over 40 words that....well....

WhoTF Cares? I have no F'n clue Whisky-Tango-Foxtrot you are listening too or even what song.

Get with the program and let us know. You are retired now, NO excuse.

I still see no point in this thread. It's not like people are posting comments/reviews of the music or the quality of a particular recording nor are there soundtrack links. The whole thing comes across as "look at me" I can post pics of album covers. Pffffft

You might have a display issue with Vanilla. There are no words in my post. Just a picture. Contact customer support for your PC, and Vanilla.

This will suffice, no? It's not Vanilla, it's extra BS we do not need to see post after post after post after post after post.

    The rest is fluff.

Jesse, many of us discover new music this way (on this thread). While it may be better to discuss each album on it's own merits?

This is what we have. Over 2M views and the single most popular thread on pretty much any forum today.

Fixed and that's sad, IMO. At least on other forums they discuss the music and sound quality of different masterings, etc.

I agree, Tom. I don't understand what the point is of taking up the entire screen with this:

    qbmbtadyqlau.png

This isn't relevant and it just results in more unnecessary scrolling.

So, after thinking about this, I agree maybe there was too much information. Personally, I prefer more versus less, although where you draw the line can be debatable. Anyway, I edited the screen shot to only show who’s playing.

Yes, sometimes even the direct approach will not work. At least you tried.

For me, I like to look at the art of the album covers, and discover new music.

I've never been inspired to check out new music by looking at album covers.
