    Good morning,

I do have a few nice pieces. I have more Sansui than anything else.
Would love a G-9000 but with the cost of those units nowadays it’s not gonna happen anytime soon.

Picked up M83 "Hurry up, we're dreaming" today. First time hearing it on something other than earbuds, and it was well worth the purchase.

I have only heard one system/set of speakers get the tone/texture of Kenny's voice right on the song, "Lady"

I'll be damned if I remember any of the gear but I still recall to the inth degree exactly how that system sounded on that song. Specifically when he sang the word, "Lady". It just got it right. Of all the systems I have heard since then? None even come close. Million dollar rigs to cheap garage rigs, nothing even comes close.

I am still looking for that sound signature.....will probably never find it though.

You need to hear it on my setup one of these days. The Pass X0.2 does things that left me in awe. you can hear a flutist do a double breath, and fingers lift off and depress that valves. The vibrato in the voices of back up singers. And yes... you can smell the whiskey on George Jones' breath if he leans into the mic just right.

Digging this new Grado cart I got. The synergy with my system is fantastic, getting lost in some Santana.
