I am the original owner, it was purchased on July 22, 2013. Current price for the lens brand new is $2499, I am selling this for $2000 shipped.

Everything is included - box, packaging, paperwork, case, lens caps, etc.

There is not a mark or blemish on this lens, it is like new. Always used with a filter.

USPS Priority Mail shipping with insurance. Paypal as gift or buyer pays 3% fee. PM with interest. Thanks for looking!

    Nice lens. I use my 70-200 f/2.8 95% of the time. I have a NIkon though. I'll mention it to my Canon buddies.

    It's an awesome lens. I bought it last year because I was the photographer for my son's high school varsity football team, down on the field. The f/2.8 definitely came in handy for night games. Lens treated me well, made great posterboards to give all the seniors, and a great end of season slideshow. My problem is that I also do a lot of shooting at professional sporting events, when I can't get down on the field, and 200mm just isn't long enough. So I bought the 400 L f/5.6 prime, and am selling this lens to pay the credit card bill! No budget for both :frown:

    The f/5.6 pretty much precludes me from doing much at night unless I go to ridiculous ISO settings, but that's ok. Most of what I use it for is during the daytime.

    Craigslist deal never happened. Guy told me he was going to buy it, then no-showed and never replied. I am always skeptical of any Craigslist deal right up until the point where I have cash in hand. Oh well, still available.

    I wish...my wife is all for me buying bigger/better lenses until she finds out that they typically cost more than my audio gear. LOL.
