Quality is nice, I am heard fine, problem is when I have game volume up I cannot hear myself. So I am shouting when I do not need to be. Is there going to be a fix for this as well? I just redid the updates on both controllers and received newest update this morning. I was hoping this would have been the fix for the lack of monitor in chat audio.

From what I have read it can be added later along with functionality for surround sound through the MS wireless adapter updates. They are currently talking about adding Surround sound in the future but not exactly sure about Mic Monitoring. I hope they do because I agree with you. I hate not hearing myself.
