4shot crackling sounds.

Is anyone else getting a faint crackling sound when u switch from option to option on the home or menu screen with there 4shot headsets for Xbox one? And also all of a sudden peoples voices coming through my headset are horribly distorted and cutting out ? Is that the headset or the garbage **** headset adapter that Microsoft made?

    I believe its fixed.. I just downloaded the new controller update and I havent heard any crackling or skips in sound. Seems fixed, but not sure about the Mic yet.
