    I've flown SWA a number of times and have heard similar announcements from the attendants. They enjoy their jobs way more than other airlines and are encouraged to keep it light.

    SWA is noticeably different than all the others. I've only flown with them a couple times but all around great airline. Blew my mind the first time I flew SWA when I didn't have a seat assignment and the the attendants acted like they were at summer camp.

    Boston counter staff are hardly from the Southwest.......hard to find good help in those areas I guess.
