This would be better as a petition for Panasonic to do a kickstarter. 10,000 people signing a petition= ~50 people actually forking over money for one. Do a kickstarter for $500 for a 1200mkII and lower contributions for t-shirts or something. Panasonic will know the number needed to make it economically feasible to start the production line back up and set the minimum funding there (and run a few thousand extra to stockpile and sell via normal routes).

As you probably already know Pioneer is showing a quality table and if Technics would come back with their that would at least give us two more to chose from.
