Wow, did I ever get the best birthday a guy could get!!!
Yes it's true, my b-day is April 1st
Haven't been home in eight years. Took my wife and soon to be 6yr old daughter home to S.A. for the first time to see my home and the rest of my family outside of G-ma and G-pa.
We got there March 31st so it was the first b-day I've had at home in over.....uh....well it's been a long time
Breakfast tacos every morning from; Taco Cabana and Bill Miller, B Miller does Brisket tacos for breakfast, yummmmmmm. Barbacoa breakfast tacos, man, that's just the beginning.
Whataburger, triple triples with jalapenos, BBQ from Bill Miller, Texas prime rib eyes...........how the L did I gain 20lbs in only 6days is beyond me
Well, enough about me and my fat gut. My wife just fell in love with my family and the Texas history, the Spanish missions, Catholic Cathedral's etc etc.
My wife, in my amazement, astonishment, jaw dropping slobber, announces to my parents, that when her youngest (15) turns 18, we're free to pick up and move to S.A.
My dad ended up with this jewel, an antique Victrola complete with hand crank and 1/4" wax, used to belong to my great grandmaw. It needs some cleaning, maybe just maybe, I can get my hands on that bad boy when we get back

Take her back home in August and see what she thinks..
What, do you want me get fired or something?? Lol, she's no stranger to danger, living in both S Cali and AZ.
I remember football training in late Aug for H.S. ahhh, the days I'd puke my guts up from total physical and heat exhaustion.
I've only got in to WA late last night and I'm already cranky, where the heck is my brisket tacos?Source: BRP Panasonic UB9000, CDP Emotiva ERC3 - Display: LG OLED EVO 83 C3 - Pre/Pro: Marantz 8802A - Amplification: Emotiva XPA-DR3, XPA-2 x 2, XPA-6, Speakers, Mains/2ch-Focal Kanta No2's, C-LSiM706, S-702F/X, RS-RTiA9's, WS-RTiA9's, FH-RTiA3's, Subs - Epik Empire x 2

You married a really smart lady. Took less than a week for her to figure out Texas is a great place to live. You should keep her.
Took me 6 states and probably 10 days to figure out I was home. -
Wondered where you were brother. Happy belated B'day!!
