Very nice pair of 2.3tl's for sale. Pin/blade, spikes, interconnect cable, extra 6510 driver. I can meet part way, if interested. Also have CSi5 in cherry ($150) and F/XiA6 in white ($300). Package deal - $1100.

    What has gone in to the x overs's?

    What type of caps, and resistors if any?

    Are these the ones Kevin "zardoss" owned at one time?

    Yes, these are the ones zardoss owned and upgraded. He changed his number and I can't get ahold of him. I could not tell you for sure what all was done to the x-overs and what type of caps/resistors were used. Sorry.

    I had the chance to hear these a few times along with his 2.3's, he put a lot of work into them and they sounded fantastic!!

    Kevin did put a lot of work into them and wish I could do them justice. Just not enough space with a 106" screen to get them far enough from the walls. I brought them in closer and they sounded great. I would either need to replace the screen (and projector) with a flat screen. It is going to be a compromise whatever I do.

    ^^^^ very good with the REL sub guess. One does sub-bass for the left, one to the right, and one on the center. It does sound very nice. I feel truly blessed - will probably regret selling someday (just not today).

    Squeeb, I'd consider a smaller screen or some other video configuration that lets you set up the 2.3TL's properly. They're w-a-a-a-y too good to let them go!

    Squeeb, I understand your dilemma. My room configuration doesn't allow for proper utilization of my 2.3's either and unfortunately a new house isn't in the picture! Mine will probably be on the market soon as well. Good luck with your sale out in Colorado!

    Here is the setup guide - http://www.polksda.com/pdfs/SDASRS1-2.pdf. Page 3 has the measurements. Three feet from the side walls, at least 4 feet apart, and they are almost 2 feet wide themselves. So, minimum of almost 14 feet front wall. My screen is about 8 feet wide so I need almost 18 feet for an "ideal" setup. When I get mine to about 2 feet from side walls they sound much better. However, that takes up almost a foot of the screen.

    I also figure if that is the biggest problem I have in life, life is pretty good.
