I got it in 24/192. BTW, all their resolutions cost the same on this sampler.

I want to try this but if I download the 24/192 version, if I have a non-compatible DAC will I get a default 24/96 or will it not even work?

My main PC can output the 24/192 but I don't think my laptop will unless I use an external HDMI converter. I'm only after the flexibility of using both defaulting to 24/96 when applicable.

My DAC is the Marantz SA8004 and will read the 24/192 via optical/coaxial input, USB is 24/96 max.

    I trust that makes sense.

This is round 2 of the deal. Over the summer they had this out. I will say it does sound fantastic.

My rule of thumb is to get the highest resolute your equipment will natively accept. It may be able to down convert, but get the 24/96 and be done with it as it will sound great anyway.

The key to most of their samplers being good is that almost all the material is recorded at Chesky Records. All of those albums are equally good on their own as well.
