No Melee Adapter

I registered my Melee March 18th. I received the mic boom yesterday but I still haven't received the adapter. Please advise, thank you.

There was no adapter in the box, just the mic boom. I didn't get two boxes.

I received the adapter but it came at different times. At the clubhouse, management only saw one box the first time so I left. I ordered a package last weekend for a headset stand from Amazon. It was delivered yesterday and management also had the other box for the adapter. They told me that FedEx came back later on that day right before were closing. So, it's all good and thanks.
