Glad to hear it Scott it was a decent day yesterday here. Sunny and 66 snows gone but the lake still had some ice on it so couldn't go fishing, the mountain bike trail was closed due to the snow melt making it way to muddy but got to wear shorts for the first time since last October.Home Theater

It's decidedly imperfect in NH today, if that makes you feel any better! ;-)
...in all seriousness... congratulations & enjoy it! We all deserve some springtime this year! -

In case anybody doubts it, mhardy6647 is spot on about NH today. Still way too cold and damp for 31 MARCH.

Well here in North Western Alberta it was a nice day I guess 26 F sunny; seen a few geese don't know what they are going eat still plenty of snow and the lakes are still frozen. Oh well at least it a sign of better weather to come we hope.
Cheers

You're darn skippy there Scotty! Just a gorgeous day. Hear its going to be more of the same the next few days. My fat arse is going to be in a trout stream most of this week. I'll give ya a shout and stop on by!

I know its been a little while since these posts, but, believe me, this guy knows his mountain trout angling.
He used to make his living guiding trout angling expeditions down the toccoa river in n. ga..
Although a trained geologist, his love is outwitting the scaly adersaries in these north georgia mountain streams, and he is very good at it..
Although you can see your prey right there just below the water surface, if you dont have hand tied lures,(which he does),and proper tempting techniques, you are not going to lure your prey to bite.
It is much more cerebral than i ever knew, being a bass fisherman, and i have a newfound admiration for trout anglers.
Thank you stevehumpty dumpty was pushed -
You are welcome Scott! Thanks for the kind words!
