Good question as they appear to be bipolar as the look like they have grills on two sides. For 80 frog skins it may be worth a trip if nothing else to donate to Polk.

I'm dumbfounded as to what they are.

I dont think they are polks.

    1) grills on 2 sides
    2) drivers should not have foam
    3) I don't think the polk badge is accurate for 1974

Not missing anything, sounds like crap. It was an attempt at a Bose liike speaker. 'Nuff said.
