Long time, no post.

Looking to sell my polk lsi15 towers for $575 that i bought from DaBoyz last summer. Speakers are the cats meow but i have decided to "upgrade". You know how it goes. Price is negotiable. Some very slight scratches on the top and one of the bungs for the speakers spikes came out. Could easily be repaired but i have not as i just have them on the carpet without the spikes.

Just as a point of reference, the last three SOLD auctions on ebay went for $700, $799 and $888 with shipping costs of $96, Free & $90, respectively. I feel my price is fair but let me hear your offers if the price is too high. The quality, used speaker supply seems low to me, lately.

Cash and carry but i can meet along the route to Appleton WI as early as next week.

Pics to follow. Thank you for the ad, Polk Forum.

missing post area (still have the metal threads to reinstall) for speaker spike and scratching on top of one of the speakers. They are very nice, otherwise. more pics upon request.

revision to the description.... the top of of one has several light scratches that are not deep. They honestly never bothered me as you need to be standing over them to see them. I can/will take better pictures. Maybe daboyz can speak to that, if he remembers.

In regards to the base of one of the speakers, the threaded shaft that is in the wood of the base has come out. One would need to add some filler and glue it back in. There's probably a mm of material around it that would need to be filled in. I haven't taken a micrometer to it to measure it, so please be aware of that. I have all the spikes and the shaft that needs to be put back in. If that was not clear in my original post, i apologize.

I am selling these because i scored some lsim705's.

That scratch looks worse in the picture than in real life. We're getting close to Lsi9 pricing.

    Bump!
Thought these were sold but I could not find the speaker spikes after a cursory search of my basement and that was a deal breaker. If anyone decides they want these, be forewarned that i will need to do a proper search of my basement to find the spikes. I know they exist, my wife and i don't throw stuff away but she does "squirrel" away my stuff if i leave it out too long.

Polk sells them for like 16 bucks... that was the dealbreaker?

well, one of the threads that the spikes screws into (in the base) is also in the bag with the spikes. I am not complaining that the deal got ruined, just throwing that out there in case someone pm's me and wants them tomorrow.
