^^^^ nice shelf set up Mark. I have one of those inexpensive 5 shelf bookshelf's & i know in time im gonna run out of room. I may end up building a wall unit that fits the bill kinda like that. The joy of this forum is you learn & get some great idea's

    Cool vintage stuff.

    Nice camera.

Does that Westclox alarm clock still tell accurate time?

I can only imagine the vinyl you have in there...............

The camera in the front, of course, is an Argus C3 "Brick" :-) My son got me that for christmas... behind it is an A116 film format Kodak Hawkeye folding camera from the late 1920s and a Kodak box camera. My son's got the cool cameras http://icouldbeahero.blogspot.com

The clock keeps fine time; it was acquired from my erstwhile favorite local emporium, of course :-)

That Expedit has classical, soundtracks and folk/pop music; the rock and 'modern' popular music is on the other (fuller) Expedit.

It wouldn't be pretty if I built shelves, Randy... ;-)

    Lol, that's funny.

Cool looking indeed, I'm very intrigued by the racks on either side, Sansui components in there??

C'mon bro, how about some pics of the gear, and my apologies to the OP but I'm a sucker for cool stuff!!

Very nice and orderly. Definitely NOT in the cnh style!

Picture this, an old porch that was converted into an office, 17' x 10' x 8.5'. One window, an L-shaped desk of walnut treated and sanded particle board 6' x 6' that overlaps in the corner by the window and is supported by that old grad school standard--metal filing cabs. One door enters from the master bathroom which leads to the bedroom. You can REALLY HIDE back here! Three walls of 6' x 3' white bookshelves, 12 units in all with a few thousand books. One 5' utility rack stacked with receivers, tuners, pre-amps, amps. One old 27" Proscan. And speakers, lots of speakers stacked on each other. With a RECLINER on the other side of my office chair. There is barely enough room to walk around in here. And it's pretty messy. On the floor, a NAD, a pre-amp, a tuner, two CDPs. Three vintage receivers (Technics, HK, and JVC). And wires galore.

Papers piled several feet high. And almost no desk space. I have a 23" monitor and use a wireless keyboard and mouse as I sit a few feet away from the desk. Then there are the Headphones and the HP amp and, and, and....

The place looks like a "warehouse" and my wife NEVER steps foot in here, she can't believe what it looks like-it disgusts her, the clutter! Actually, it looks a lot like "me" in the morning when I get up and am disappointed to find that the "world" is still about! Didn't go AWAY while I was dreaming. Damn! lol

And I stumble to my coffee looking like a balding Einstein with much less ability.

Are you a "neat" freak, mhardy?
