Forgive me for asking but how can that be?
You got me. They amazed me both with the quantity of bass, and ability to play very loud without compression. Keep in mind I'm not saying large tower bass (which is usuallly over-blown) but plenty of satisfying bass--far more than you would expect out of a monitor.
