UPS Employees Jamming to Pioneer Elite VSX-41

To the forum, I would like to announce that UPS in Seattle(sp), WA has taken it under their hat to unpack, plug up the Pioneer Elite VSX-41 and jam away!
As of 2/3/04 it arrived in WA and as of now, still has not left. Not only do they like it, but they refuse to ship it! What would you do?
