TT above amp - any concerns?

So I am trying my best to organize my rack so its the easiest to route power cables. However that creates a problem.
Currently I have the following order from top shelf to bottom:
Project Debut III & DacMagic
APC H15
Sunfire TGP-II
Parasound HCA-750ii
I would prefer to have the APC unit on the bottom of the rack for making it easiest to route power cables and hide them. But the issue is that both the Parasound amp is too deep to fit on any other shelf than the bottom one, and even then just barely, or the top shelf. The Sunfire can fit on the second shelf up barely or the top one as well.
My thought is to put them in this order (top to bottom):
Parasound HCA-750ii with Project Debut stacked directly on top
DacMagic
Sunfire TGP-II
APC H15
Is putting my TT directly on top my Parasound going to cause me some issues? The feet on the Project are rubber IIRC so I am wondering if the heat off the Parasound might not melt them. Its also going make routing my speaker cables a bit of a PITA since they will literally go from ~4 ft high down to the speakers.
Other than that will it cause any sonic issues to do this?
The only other thought would be to mount the TT on a floating shelf above the computer to the right of the rack, which I could do but not sure if I want to go that route just yet.

Dan I would hope the Parasound would not get hot enough to melt the rubber feet. If your speakers cables are long enough to keep it neat going down to floor and then across I see no issues other than possibly crossing power cables with the speaker wire may have some negative effect.2-ch System: Parasound P/LD 2000 pre, Parasound HCA-1000 amp, Parasound T/DQ Tuner, Phase Technology PC-100 Tower speakers, Technics SL-1600 Turntable, Denon 2910 SACD/CD player, Peachtree DAC iT and X1asynchorus USB converter, HSU VTF-3 subwoofer.

I know Parasounds have a rep for running hotter than many amps, so I was partially concerned. If your speakers cables are long enough to keep it neat going down to floor and then across I see no issues other than possibly crossing power cables with the speaker wire may have some negative effect.
Technically they arent, but I am thinking about installing either cable runways, or just using hooks so I can run the speaker wires about 1.5 feet above the baseboard and off the baseboard since we have lots of static, and keeps them at the right height for the RTA 11's. There will be no issues with wires crossing as all the power wires for the entire system will run through the hollow tubing in the unit on the inside. That leaves nothing but signal cables running on the outside of the rack."....not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted." I strongly recommend against mounting the turntable, phono pre, or anything relating to the tt directly on top of the amp. The reason is because of the large electrical transformers and high current of the amp. The signal of the cartridge is very low and has to undergo a lot of gain. Extraneous noise from any outside component or source can be seriously amplified by your phono pre resulting in a lot of hum. Running moving iron or low output moving coil cartidges will make the issue that much worse and trust me if you play with vinyl long enough you're going to want to find out what the lomc craze is all about. I have a hard time going back to a moving magnet or homc cartridges now. I would try to advoid that placement if possible.

Well I think for now I will do it, but again I think long term the perfect plan is to mount the TT directly to the side of the amp on its own platform (will take a pic to explain better).
For now I am just going to tear my rack apart again and re-organize it with the TT on top."....not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted." William Bruce Cameron, Informal Sociology: A Casual Introduction to Sociological Thinking (1963) -
Eh... for an update see this thread: http://www.polkaudio.com/forums/showthread.php?159512-I-m-gettin-there&p=2030721#post2030721"....not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted."
