Here's what 10W of clean power and a 20Hz sine wave can do to the walls of your listening room

Tone generator feeding the Adcom 555 and a power meter on the output set at 4 ohms to verify.

what i am trying to do is getting the speaker gasketing tape from parts express and taping pads behind the points that contact the wall, they will still move but hopefully less rattling and less chance of falling off and so far so good
    There is no cure....

A little sticky tack on one corner of a picture will hold it in place from shifting and rattling.

Then the video will look really lame.

I'm always amazed, but not surprised, at how things can get so twisted on a forum. Greg posts a video to demonstrate the wall shaking bass a pair of SDA 1.2s can produce at only 10 watts and it brings out the Martha Stewart in people who want to tell him the proper way to hang a picture on a wall. Simply amazing. LOL

    Super cool...

I can't imagine what would happen to your walls if you put in the max power those speakers could handle (is it 1000wpc?).
