Advice on amps

As much as I love tweaking, I would like to stop it for awhile. I have just (finally) gotten a receiver (Yamaha RXV630) with all channel preamp outs and would like to just use it for processing (I will use the "B" main speaker output to run the speaks in my kitchen). And with my current set up I only run 5.1...I can't mount speaks on the side walls, only the rear, and as my sitting area is forward off of the rear wall a rear center doesn't distinguish itself enough to be worthwhile.
I have a cs245i center, rt2000i mains, and rt25i surrounds with an eosone 912 sub. I am currently running the mains with my audiosource amp2 (80w/channel, but that 80w has considerably more output than the yammie's 75w).
Since I am selling off a bunch of other gear right now I am going to have some extra cash to blow on amps. How should I spend it? I don't really want to go over $500.
Things I am considering are:
The AMC 25100 - 5 x 100w, cheapest I have found is $505 (new)plus shipping at audio discounter.com (anybody ever bought from them?)
Used HK signature 2.0 5 x 100w ($400-$500, ebay)
Or I could get some audiosource monoblocks, such as the 5.2 (150w/ each, about $170 each new, maybe less if they show back up on ubid.com) I could do one for the center and maybe add more later if wanted to go the cheap route.
Any advice on other things I might look at? How would you guys spend 500 to upgrade that system? Also, I do use the systems for sacd/dvd audio too, so matching is fairly important.
Thanks guys.

hmmmm....
3 Adcom GFA-535 or 535 II - 170 (shipped) can be much lower, 170 shipped for 3 of em is 510. The 535 is an awesome amp. the original is a dual mono design, can drive 2 pairs of speakers.- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit. -
Give? Don't know about that. But if I ever decide to sell them I will let you know. Besides, you aren't that far away. Hmmm.
Not now. But maybe someday.system 1:

how about 2 Outlaw M200 mono blocks. A little over your budget at $574 shipped but 200 wpc might be worth a look.
