Santana Abraxas SACD?

Anyone heard official word on the release date? I see a couple places accepting preorders, but not clear if that means months away.
Wasn't Abraxas previously released on SACD, maybe around 2006 or so? I wonder if it's the same mixing. I seem to remember it was well received but I could be confusing it with something else.
Edit, just found the previous SACD was mastered by Vic Anesini, and had some bonus tracks from Royal Albert Hall in 1970.

The mofi version is 100000000X better in my eyes vs the regular redbook vs redbook. Big difference. I have not heard the 06 sacd but, mofi is supposed to be doing a sacd of it as well as the 1st one just called Santana. I have the redbook mofi of both and the both sound great.Klipsch The Nines, Audioquest Thunderbird Interconnect, Innuos Zen MK3 W4S recovery, Revolution Audio Labs USB & Ethernet, Border Patrol SE-I, Audioquest Niagara 5000 & Thunder, Cullen Crossover II PC's.

Performance: Sonics:
This is a quite mediocre SACD release, from the early set Sony crapped out as part of the format introduction. You want the recent MoFi CD remaster instead.Klipsch The Nines, Audioquest Thunderbird Interconnect, Innuos Zen MK3 W4S recovery, Revolution Audio Labs USB & Ethernet, Border Patrol SE-I, Audioquest Niagara 5000 & Thunder, Cullen Crossover II PC's. -
I've got it and have never listened to it. Make me an offer I see they are bringing 100.00 on eBay and more on Amazon.

Based on an e-mail I received yesterday from Elusive Disc, it sounds like the release of Mobile Fidelity hybrid SACD of Santana's "Abraxas" is imminent. Still no precise release date yet, but Elusive Disc singled out this title as "Coming Soon".

I hope Love's "Forever Changes" comes out at the same time. I have seen both advertised as "coming soon"......
Taken from a recent Audioholics reply regarding "Club Polk" and Polk speakers:
"I'm yet to hear a Polk speaker that merits more than a sentence and 60 seconds discussion."
My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....

I'd imagine those will be the next 2 MoFi SACD releases. -

That's what I was thinking Danny.
