FS Very Nice Sansui G6000 receiver

FS I want them all but cannot afford to keep them. Selling my very nice Sansui G6000 AM/FM receiver. The G 6000 was made 1978-79 and uses a DC amp to put out 65 watts per channel into 8 ohms and weighs almost 40lbs. This one is in excellent shape and all controls and lights work as they should. The faceplate, glass ,controls and case are all in nice shape. It is stunning to look at. The only things i should point out is the AM antenna socket is somewhat broken and on the very very bottom edge of the cover there is a slght lifting /peeling and I means slight.
Has inputs for 2 decks 2 tunrtables (nice phono section) and aux. Controls include, 41 click stop volume control bass and treble with defeat, subsonic and high filters, mono/stereo, loudness, -20db muting,speakers A/B, FM muting.
In great shape and reasdy to go Asking $259 plus shipping. I am an excellent packer and have a Fedex account so shipping will be reasonable. The unit will be insured and local pickup is welcome. i am in MN.

Thats a nice receiver. I had the g2000 & g5000 & both were outstanding receivers. Whoever buys this will be surprised at the power & quality sound even if hooked to bookshelf speakers or big floor speakers. GLWS & great price..
