I just got a set of mint SDA1-B's today. I set them up and they sound fantastic! I wanted to know if anyone had any tips for set-up other than what was in the manual, i.e. receiver settings (large or small), sub or no sub etc... These things are great! Heavy SOB's, I strained my back carrying them up the steps! Thanks for any help!

How close does anyone have these sitting to your TV? I am worried about the magnetic fields.
Receiver = Denon AVR-3803
DVD = Denon DV-2900
Fronts = SDA SRS 2.3TL's
(Carver m1.5t)
Center = CSi40
Side surrounds = Fxi30's
Sony 12" sub
TV = Hitachi 57F500

Bedroom rig:
Pioneer SX-1050 receiver
Rti38's

    your TV will let you know if they are too close, I have had 1C's less than a foot from the screen and it was ok, be sure the front of the speakers are in front of anything between the speakers (like your TV)

    set them as large, they should have better bass than the Sony.
    Dodd - Battery Preamp
    Monarchy Audio SE100 Delux - mono power amps
    Sony DVP-NS999ES - SACD player
    ADS 1230 - Polk SDA 2B
    DIY Stereo Subwoofer towers w/(4) 12 drivers each
    Crown K1 - Subwoofer amp
    Outlaw ICBM - crossover
    Beringher BFD - sub eq

    Where is the remote? Where is the $%#$% remote!
