Thank you - Club Polk and all the members here.
What a safe haven in the audio world where personal experiences of what works, what doesn't, does it make a difference or not, what do your ears tell you is what counts.
When what is 'better' or 'best' is arrived at as a post on the internet with graph or numbers....just take me out back and shoot me.
We don't yet know what we don't know as to what is measurable or not.
Until then - ears on or sit down.

H9: If you don't trust what you are hearing, then maybe you need to be less invested in a hobby which all the pleasure comes from listening to music.
