I joined specifically to tell about the great customer service I received this morning.
I got a soundbar3000 just before Xmas and the subwoofer has failed. I called and Ken Carter spent just a few minutes on the phone with me before asking me to send my receipt and info to him so he can make things right.
Wow!!! No 45 minute wait, no blaming the customer, no run around at all. I'm impressed.

that's the way they roll around here. Welcome aboard. Name one other company that still supports 30 year old speakers?
