Clean up all wires and accessories - ir blaster?

Looking to leave nothing but TV unit itself and Polk's 6000 sound bar on the wall.
I have space to play with on the other side of the wall so I can have all my wires there as well as Cablevision's TV box, I just can't put my finger on how to still be able to control that tv box via remote while it's behind the wall.
Someone told me to look up IR BLASTERS but the ones I keep finding are either bluetooth depending or limited to specific brands of items.
I assume there should be some kind of sensor that would "catch" tv box remote control signal and "transfer" it appropriate units - TV, cable box, external speakers, DVD player, Roku, Apple tv, whatever else people normally use.
My units:
Samsung tv
Cablevision tv box (happens to be samsung as well but that can always change)
Polk Audio 6000 sound bar

I use the Harmony Ultimate myself because I wanted a physical remote without always having to use a smart device. I just wanted to recommend something that wouldn't have to completely replace his current remote.// Panasonic AE8000 // Pioneer SC-57 // Polk Audio RTi A9 // Polk Audio CSiA6 //

I use a Sewell BlastIR Emitter and Receiver to receive the IR signals from an "eye" and pass them to "flashers" aimed at the equipment in a cabinet. The brains of this are in a box and since the "flashers" connect to it with 1/8 plugs I tried to connect to my revceiver with a cable that has 1/8 plugs on each end. Trying to get answers from Harman Kardon support on actually connecting this was a frustrating waste of time, they always suggested their own (and more expensive) IR solution. (I thought hey, if I fry something I get to upgrade. Who knew it would actually work?! Woo hoo!)
Also have a Logitech Harmony 650 to consolidate the controls and combine functions. The only drawback is that my Verizon FIOS box uses a different frequency so I have a second "eye" for it also outside the cabinet.
From behind the Polk Soundbar 42 there are two eyes watching me watching TV! -

+3 on the Harmony Smarthub, the regular comes with a simple remote and can manage like 6 devices, the ultimate comes with a better remote and an unlimited number of devices.Receiver: ONKYO TX-NR929 7.1 AVR 130wpc
