Time to upgrade some other things in my system. These puppies aren't doing me any good sitting in the closet, so it's time for them to go to a new home. This is a local sale only. I live just outside of Reading PA zip 19606. Willing to drive a reasonable distance(hr or so each way) to meet someone for a sale.
These are all original, untouched, no mods & are in about the nicest shape you are going to find. There is a faint, & I do mean faint, water ring on top of one speaker. There are no dents, dings, scratches or peeling veneer. Every corner is sharp & crisp. They have the Oak Clear finish with the popular brown tweed grills. IIRC the serial numbers are sequential. I have the manual but no boxes.
Will get pics up this weekend.
$500

UGH. I'm looking for a pair of these to try! Is Houston, Texas a reasonable drive? Do you want to ship these for free?

Fortes are very nice Klipsch speakers, and you can't get bigger sound or better bass from a smaller package.

Have these playing in the bedroom system now. Somebody is going to be very happy.
Faint water ring

Really astonishingly good condition there! Very nice!
I occasionally get down that way since I'm from Eastern Pa. originally. Can't say when so don't wait on me. But if they're still around when I do make the trip, they might end up in the trunk?
