Help with DSW Pro 600 Sub

I have had this sub for a while now but it seems the LED which indicates volume levels etc with short blinks has died on me. I need to what the factory default settings are when I hit [reset] on the remote, so I can use that as a reference to set the volume levels in the future. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
