The stands do have an angle.

Is there by chance a center that would match up to these?

I'd like to hear opinions on this also.HT/2Channel: Emotiva MMC-1, Adcom GFA-555II, Polk SDA 3.1's, Teac TN-300 TT, Polk Center and Sub.
Bedroom system: Carver CT-24, Parasound HCA-800II, Monitor 10's

I've found that the CS400 or CS400I work perfectly as a center with the Monitors (7s or 10s) or any of the SDAs as fronts. I use them with both of my 5.1 setups (Monitor 10Bs and SDA-2Bs as fronts). Other good options include the CS350-LS, CS5i, CS2, CS20, TSx250c or CSiA6.

So I still have not done anything with these. What is the market value on a very nice set of these?

150.00-250.00 maybe more to the right person. Ive seen them listed local for 400.00 & last i looked they were still sitting there--Edit : that was up in our area. Things may be different elsewhere..

I see them all the time for anywhere from 125 - 200.HT/2Channel: Emotiva MMC-1, Adcom GFA-555II, Polk SDA 3.1's, Teac TN-300 TT, Polk Center and Sub.

For gigglles I just checked E-Bay under vintage Polk speakers. I found 2 sets, 1 black 10b no shipping for $400 the other walnut w/ BIN price of$ 449 +shipping.Your roseswood veneered models have these beat by a long margin and unless you have some tragic financial doings I would keep those for years and even make them"heirloom" type speakers. If just looking to flip the finish alone gives you a better bargining option.

IMHO eBay is not a legitimate judge of what these things are worth. eBay is over priced on everything I have looked for in terms of vintage polk's.HT/2Channel: Emotiva MMC-1, Adcom GFA-555II, Polk SDA 3.1's, Teac TN-300 TT, Polk Center and Sub.

Do these carry a higher value if the crossover has been recapped?

Depends on the buyer. Someone knowledgeable who might be intending to recap them might be willing to pay more, knowing the value of the work that's been done. Someone clueless about mods and the need to re-cap may not care and will just look to pay for the value of the basic speaker.
For what it's worth, I just bought a very nice pair of 10A's with stands for $125 from a Craigslist seller. I've seen other pairs in the same range.Good music, a good source, and good power can make SDA's sing. Tubes make them dance. -
I second that!
