Quick Question on Use of Behringer DSP1124 to tame two subs

I used the REW software to optimize two subs - one for music, one for home theater - in the same room. The two systems are separate. I have the left channel of the DSP1124 doing HT sub processing duty, the right channel handling music. The question:
Is there any way to keep both processor engines (left and right) on WITHOUT the DSP1124 "coupling" and copying the settings from one channel to another?
(there is probably a simple way of doing this, but I have not found it. For now I have to walk to the unit to switch engines when I switch from 2 channel music to home theater mode)
Thanks
Pepe
