I saw them live a few times, always a great show. Never with Keith though unfortunately... -
Still sings a razor line...everytime.

Wonder if he's rethinking the "Hope I die before I get old" lyric?

I'm guessing not; more like "hope I make it to 80 years old"
I'm a huge fan of the who when they had all original members, not so much now. I bought their album of new stuff, "The Wire" I think it's called. Played it once and put it away. Saw them once with Kenny Jones back in the 80's. He's a very good drummer, but Keith had such an original approach and was such an integral part of their sound he can't be replaced."Science is suppose to explain observations not dismiss them as impossible" - Norm on AA; 2.3TL's w/sonicaps/mills/jantzen inductors, Gimpod's boards, Lg Solen SDA inductors, RD-0198's, MW's dynamatted, Armaflex speaker gaskets, H-nuts, brass spikes, Cardas CCGR BP's, upgraded IC Cable, Black Hole Damping Sheet strips, interior of cabinets sealed with Loctite Power Grab, AI-1 interface with 1000VA A-L transformer -
Happy Birthday!

Saw them live but not with Keith. Ringo's kid was the drummer. I wasn't expecting a whole lot for some reason. They totally, and I mean totally, kicked arse. They put on a REAL show, each one of them a professional artist in the true sense of the word. Happy Birthday.
