LSiM 705 Cassini Oval woofer rattles

Hi all,
I have a problem with one of my LSiM 705s. I just discovered that one of the bass drivers (Cassini Oval woofers) rattles when I play heavy bass music. I think it has been that way from the first day I got my speakers but I didn't notice it until yesterday when I connected a new Marantz PM8005 directly to the 705s. The reason I did not notice it before is due that with my Marantz SR7008 I set the crossover at 80Hz so bass is not that much with my AVR. I sent an email to Polk Audio tech support asking them how to fix the problem.
Also Geoff suggested that I may need to check on the screws on that driver but I have not idea on how to access to the screws on these speakers. Does anybody know how to get into the driver screws on the LSiM series speakers particularity on the 705?

It would be best to contact Polk's CS department at 1-800-377-7655 for assistance, be sure to have the speaker's serial number and date and place of purchase handy when you call.
