about "low-end" amp???

http://www.v-cap.com/ ...Can I transform all my "low-end" vintage KENWOOD KM series to a "High-end" power amp with audiophile capacitors???? I doubt, but some audiophile power amp use the same electronic architecture of cheap one!... Just because I like them!... Thank's!
