Welcome to Club Polk!
Any of that series bookshelves will work. Frankly I'm not sure what model the 45bs are; are they the large bookshelf or the entry level tower. You could use either. All you need to do is match the drivers in your series which any member of the series will do.
You would be better off with a bigger better sub than the 108 because it won't add much to what the towers can already do!

C=center, T=tower, B = bookshelf.
You will be fine with either the 45Bs or the 35Bs."Some people find it easier to be conceited rather than correct."

Thanks to both of you. New to the home theatre and thought the 45b bookshelf were to big for the rear surround speakers.

It's a matter of opinion really. The LSiFXs I use for surrounds are bigger than either of those.
Take a look at the speakers in the next theater you are in..."Some people find it easier to be conceited rather than correct."
