RM6700's and sub hook up ???

I have my sub hooked up to my reciever via the subwoofer output jack (I had already purchased my speaker wire and dint have enough for the polk recommendation).
My reciever is a panny and I have the 5 sattalites set to small, what should I set the frequency that goes to the sub at, my only options are 100, 150 and 200 hrz?

    The RM6700 Sats have an internal crossover of 150Hz. Set your receiver crossover at 150 as well. Turn the crossover on the sub all the way up.
