WTB - AVR..look for specs

Well i was going to buy the Denon 3801 for 500.00 that George Grands's buddy was selling but havent got a response so i am guessing it gone.. Want to see what anyone had to offer or dig up from the net.
Looking to buy at least 6.1 with 85-110 watts @ 8ohms would preffer if it had pre outs and the optical do-dads and such. budget is give or take 500.00 shipping seperate. Would have love to get the 3801. Preferred brand's are Denon or Onk since they match up good with my system (70 fronts, 40 center, 28's surround and 350 and 404 subs) but am opened minded. Let me see what you got and thanks for the help.

Don't listen to the bigots. Look at the pioneer VSX-D912. I got it for $288 (usually around $325-$400.)

Check the review at cnet. They compare it vary favorable to the Denon but at half the price.

I love it. Of course I am no audiophile, but everyone who has heard it (including some audio junkies I know) loved it also.

Does 6th Ave still have the 3803 deal going? Quite a few members jumped on that deal

Looks like the 6th ave deal has expired. Anyone know George Grand that can hit him up by email or tele and give me the low down on that 3801. i see he hasnt really been on much (post wise)

wasnt listening to anybody. just my personal pref. I have an onkyo now and love it but need more power. Everyone has there own pref.
