We have had a house for sale since August. One deal fell through and we thought we were going to get a solid offer today from a couple that has looked at it three times. Well last night our idiot neighbor was playing around with his .38 and shot a hole through his house and into ours!
We were unaware of this obviously, since we don't live there anymore (thank God), but our realtor called today and the couple is all freaked out now after looking at the house today. They are not sure that want to live there now. The damage is minimal, but I think the bad JuJu is going to scare them away.
We had the police come out, filled out a report and they took pictures, but not much else to do. Really sucks as I am tired of making two house payments and am about to say screw it and just rent the thing, which is another set of headaches too. Man!

Yeah thanks. We were there 17 years and had our go arounds. Its actually his son who did it. Hes 23 and has had some drug related charges as a juvinile. He is not a felon so he can own a gun. Still sucks waiting for the next buyer
