I just spoke with the Canadian export manager from Polk. He said the headsets are set to arrive in Canada on March 5th and should be to various company warehouses by mid month.
He suggested that Bestbuy and Futureshop would be the first to have them.
So if you pre-order from Bestbuy.ca or Futureshop.ca you should get them around the 15th some time.
FYI they are only $149.99 in both those stores while $159.99 and higher elsewhere

Has anyone been able to get a set in Canada? I have been looking week to week and haven't been able to find anything. BB/FS have a release date listed of March 31st. Anyone with info please let us know.

I'd STRONGLY advise to take note of the global mic issues with this headset if you're going to buy, they are NOT yet fixed.

I did order mine online at Futureshop and saw already a couple "open boxes" because of the micro issue. Parcel was send on the the 27th of March. And yes the microphone isn't working with the XBOX ONE.
