Kevhed, I don't know what your budget is, but IMO...within your requirements, I would definitely buy new. You can easily get something "off-brand" that fits your needs if not exceeds for under $300.

I have a 50" Pioneer Kuro that I have thought about selling, but the price would not be cheap. It was $2500 new and one of the best HDTV's ever made. Ever. Condition is excellent.
