This is an APC S15, APC's top of the line home theater power conditioner, voltage regulator, with a battery back up. It is an active power conditioner and will step up or step down voltages to keep a steady voltage to your equipment. Beefy surge protection and battery backup. Pretty much all you need from power center. Nothing else out there comes close to what APC units do as a whole. I have all the original accessories, mounting kit, shipping materails and power cord. Cosmetically is very good with a few very light scratches here and there. Asking 500 shipped for polkies. Original retail is 1.2k.
I still use my H15 but power outages are rarer and the power is generally good during the night when I listen (I don't listen during the day when people turn off and on all their appliances) so it'll suffice. Got some medical bills to pay so this bad boy has to go.

I have one of these myself, also silver, but I bought a black faceplate for it for around $110. Just a heads up for anyone who wants one of these, but in (mostly) black.

I actually hide my H15 behind the rack in a vertical fashion. Makes it easier to connect stuff.
