Holy crap it's been a long time coming fellas. I'm finally here in the Fort Mill area. Should close on my home in another week. As for myself I've been holding it together. My company closed the entire Govt Programs and Projects dept., so I had to go to another company. So much for a warm welcome back to the USA. I ended up going to a top competitor in the heavy equipment industry and inking an even better deal. I'm just stoked to finally get a break and shout out to all of you. The new home is just about done and the new HT is will be assembled as soon as the painters go in and paint everything the way I want. My door is open to any of you in the area. Hope all is well for each and everyone of you. Moving from Japan was one hell of a move, but I'm home and settling back in.

Howdy neighbor and welcome back. Perhaps now would be a good time to sit down and enjoy a beer or two over billiards.

My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....

Here are a few pics of the home. Its just about at 98% completed. The builders just have touching up to do. I'm hoping to do final inspection this upcoming week and identify any small things they missed. After closing they will go back in and add the additional custom colors I picked out. From there I'll add the additional sod to the back yard, sprinkler system, order new speakers, install window treatments, washer/dryer and the entire list of other things to do, etc. I'm hoping to get this done in the second week or so depending on time it takes these companies to schedule the work.

I actually tried to go with CAT. I our partnership with JD ended when we (JLG) decided to pull plug on the Govt projects and programs. They essentially laid my entire department of 30 people off. I ended signing a new deal to Terex.

Got plenty of snow. The yard was just sodded so that's why it's all nice and green. The back half of the yard they did seed & straw, but I'm going to go ahead and have it sodded as well. I'm looking forward to closing and getting my dedicated HT & sitting room underway. For the sitting room the plan is to do a 70" LED, Polk in ceilings for surround with In-walls up front, powered by my old SC07. For the HT I may go with the Pioneer SC77.
