Right next to the black paint

In all seriousness Radio Shack or any electronics store will have the but the will be rated in milliamp

    example 1/4amp= 250mA

    1/2amp=500mA

Parts express online....you will also have to know if you need slow blow, fast blow etc

You'd be hard pressed to find a fuse at a Rat Shack these days. Or somebody that even knows what you're talking about.

Mouser or Digikey have them. I'm with GG about Ratshack.

thanks for all the input, guys. what I am unable to locate to this point is a 1/10th amp fuse for a hafler dh-110 preamp. it looks as if there is actually a small resistor inside. it's also a slo-blow. any help will be very much appreciated.

True story. I just recapped a board on a Kenwood tuner. I had ordered the electrolytic's from Parts Express and for some reason ordered 100uf 35 volt instead of the needed 1000uf 35v. Yep sure enough I caught my mistake while in the process of doing the board. So knowing that I was not going to wait for another week when I promised the guy I have it back to him the next day or so ordering was out of the question. So I go to Radio shack walk in and ask the guy " you guy's still have some electrolytic's right" like Tony I got that Martian look. So I proceed to the drawers to look as this guy was asking all sorts of questions. I could tell he was completely clueless as to just what a electrolytic caps was all about. BINGO I found one by golly although my .35 part was 1.99 I could live with it. So before I leave the guy ask just what the heck that thing is.... I smiled in my best bedafflthem with BS grin and piped up " you hook it up to a cell phone battery and get better reception and makes your battery last for 25 days without a charge" and continue walking out......I just wonder how many folks he tried to pawn that tidbit of knowledge on...hehe
