Anyone heard of or ever tried ProWIRE brand IC's?

Saw these at the local electronics shop, 24.99 for a component video set, 1.5 meters, perfect for what i needed. The build quality seem pretty sturdy, nice fit and finish. Wanted to hook my CDP's up again, so i grabbed them, the system sounds better than with the mon ster cables i was using before.vocals are much more prominent, as well as the mids being more present. Now the comparison i feel is unfair, because the last time i used the monster cable, i was using RTi4's as my mains, versus the RTiA3 i have now, which have better mids anyhow. Listening to music, the same album from CD is just overall better sounding compared to a lossless rip of the same album, but I am now using the HDMI out on my pc for audio, which doesnt have anywhere near the playback options that the coax had(at least that i could find in the settings on the PC). The two albums i have tested with are Drunken Lullabies, Flogging Molly; and Going out in Style Fenway Park Bonus Edition, Live at Fenway, Dropkick Murphys. The live album especially, sounds like a completely different album now. i know there are many factors in place that are affecting what I am hearing, and that i cant give the credit to any one link in the chain. That being said, cant wait to order some plugs and have Jake(Zingo) whip up some IC's for me.
