iPod Question

I have 2 ipods, a Gen 3 and a new one. Neither will presently sync to iTunes. iTunes recognizes both of them, charges them and tells me how much space I have left on each etc., but no sync. Assume this is iTunes related and not iPod, since it won't sync either of them (and they both work fine). Sync is turned on, I read online to try to shut off sync and then restart it, to no avail. I did change computers recently from a Windows based one to Apple. I notice when I open the iPod in iTunes, it says Format: Windows. Could this be my issue? If so, how do I remedy this, wipe the iPods completely and start over? Appreciate any thoughts, thanks...

If all else fails, take the iPods and your computer to an Apple Store's Genius Bar and get their help.

If by "I did change computers recently from a Windows based one to Apple," you mean that you recently purchased and new Mac, then I would be surprised if the folks in the apple Store wouldn't help you for no charge -- especially if you purchased AppleCare with the computer.

Thanks. Tried restore on one of them and when reloading it's now in Mac format instead of Windows and syncs fine...
