What do you think of these speakers?

I saw these listed today in my local CL (Albany CL) and wonder what kind of speakers these are.
It seems like they are custom-made speakers of some kind.

    Custom built prototype line array speakers (2) based on Roger Russell's IDS25 speakers

    Those are interesting, almost 8 feet tall
