Ordered 4 new 6503s for my Monitor 10s....found the metal frame on the front mounting surface bent and dented in 2 places. 
guess I will be calling polk in the morning to see what to do. doesn't look like it was damaged in shipping, they were wrapped in bubble wrap. paint looks chipped at the bends.

2 of my old ones were froze from moving. Only one of the 4 new ones are dented.

If you ordered new ones from Polk they will make good on any damage item. Ive had froze ones before & feel your pain. Good luckRandy-Maine
