Anthem TLP 1 Preamp

Here is a perfectly good entry level preamp/tuner for your consideration.
I am the 2nd owner and bought from the original on Audiogon back in 2011. The TLP 1 was paired with the Anthem MCA20 that i also currently have. Input and outputs operate as they should. I never got around to trying the tuner but reviews state very positive results with this function. RCA's are tight and no wobble is observed. The remote looks basically unused as i typically set my volume and left it alone.
Condition is 8.10732/10 due to age and two tiny nicks. One on the top back about 1/4" long and the other is on top of the front bevel at the top corner. Didn't even know they existed until i scoured the entire unit. I have photos of these if need be.
Color - Wesley Snipes!
What to find in the non-original box. Original power cord, remote, PDF copy of manual and of course the pre itself.
I'm looking to get $400 which includes shipping, insurance and PP gift to CONUS ONLY. Sorry Canadians!
If you feel this is unreasonable, please shoot me a PM.
Here is the website to download the manual and specs.

If you need any additional pictures, please let me know.
Thanks,
M

I honestly wish more stereo preamps would have sub out / high low pass. It also has some great reviews on the web. Soundstage has a nice one on it.Klipsch The Nines, Audioquest Thunderbird Interconnect, Innuos Zen MK3 W4S recovery, Revolution Audio Labs USB & Ethernet, Border Patrol SE-I, Audioquest Niagara 5000 & Thunder, Cullen Crossover II PC's.
