Gopro Hero anyone have one?

Picked this up off a coworker yesterday for 100 bones. I got it for my grandson to go along with the Laptop, I got from CWV, here on the forum, his cousin in Idaho had one and we got a lot of good videos duck and goose hunting, so of course he had to have one. I am looking for the manual does anyone no where to find one online it is an older hero model, any recommended you tube tutorials one can recommend?

He wants to take it tubing since we got a lot of snow down here. I spoil the little guy but I think he is going to have to shovel snow the rest of the winter and perhaps mow the lawn this summer time to put him to work, any advice would be appreciated.

    Your grandson is gonna love it! I have Hero2, it's mostly on my motorcycle, but we also went diving with it, and it survived :)

    Yep checked of the link earlier today actually after searching google for a while we found out its the Hd hero 1080 I think the settings are pretty much the same as the Hero 2 after going back to the sight on your link I did find the instruction manual thanks. Yeah we have watched you tube videos there are quite of cool things, I will buy a handle bar bracket and mount it on my mountain bike. You said diving are these cases really that water proof? How long did it take you to master all the settings?

    The case that it comes with is waterproof to 60m/200' - not sure if anyone will dive this deep :). I barely changed settings on mine. I don't even remember what my settings are, but I think it's currently on 720/24. The only negative that I have (I would have it with any camera) is that sound at high speeds is horrible. It's ok on a bicycle, but not on a motorcycle. The selection of mounts that they have is awesome.
